Frequently Asked questions

  • Yin Yoga is a slow, meditative practice where poses are held for several minutes to deeply stretch the fascia and connective tissues. Unlike more dynamic styles like Vinyasa, Yin encourages stillness, introspection, and softening—making it a perfect complement to breathwork.

  • Yin prepares your body and nervous system to slow down, creating the perfect state for deeper breathwork. Together, they guide you inward—Yin softens the body, while breathwork opens emotional and energetic pathways. It’s a gentle yet powerful way to release and reset.

  • Not at all. These sessions are beginner-friendly and guided with care, so you’re supported whether it’s your first time or hundredth. You’re always encouraged to listen to your body and move at your own pace.

  • You might feel calm, emotional, spacious, tingly, or even sleepy—and it’s all valid. Everyone’s experience is unique. The mix of deep stretches and conscious breathing helps the body and mind let go in surprising and healing ways.

  • It can be, but it doesn’t have to be. Some people connect with the emotional or energetic aspects, others just come to relax and feel better in their body. You’re welcome to show up exactly as you are—no expectations, no pressure.
