Celina Simpson

Aerial Yoga & Yin Yoga Facilitator

“Freedom isn’t granted—it’s cultivated from within. Through mindful living and yoga, we discover that true liberation begins with self-mastery."

Celina is an aerial and yin yoga teacher from the tropical island of Mauritius. Her yoga journey began as a personal exploration of movement, breath, and mindfulness, eventually leading her to India, where she completed her 200-hour teacher training. Immersing herself in the birthplace of yoga deepened her understanding of its philosophy, alignment principles, and profound mind-body connection.

With a passion for dynamic and restorative practices, she specializes in aerial yoga, where she finds freedom and playfulness in the hammock. She believes that being suspended in the air allows for deeper spinal decompression, enhanced flexibility, and a unique blend of strength and surrender. The weightlessness of aerial yoga not only challenges the body but also cultivates trust and confidence, making it an empowering experience for her students.

In contrast, yin yoga offers a meditative stillness that brings balance to her practice. She is drawn to its ability to release deep-seated tension, improve joint mobility, and encourage emotional healing. By guiding her students through long-held postures and mindful breathwork, she helps them access a state of deep relaxation and introspection.

For Celina, yoga is more than just a physical discipline—it is a lifestyle, a source of healing, and a tool for transformation. She is passionate about sharing its benefits and creating a supportive space where students can reconnect with themselves, build resilience, and embrace both movement and stillness. Whether floating in a hammock or melting into a yin pose, she believes in the power of yoga to nurture the body, calm the mind, and uplift the spirit
